The City of St. Albans is accepting sealed bids for street paving. The City of St. Albans reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids. EOE Everything is based on 1.5 lay on pave and mill out. Itemize each street as an individual job as each street will be chosen based on budget allowance and please submit the overall price of the project. UNDERSTAND that due to budget constraints individual streets may be cut from the paving list due to budget. Paving company must provide their own Flaggers.
