Renovation of a mixed-use development in Lawrence, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and theater / auditorium.
Auditorium Seating at Guilmette School. Provide labor, material, equipment and transportation necessary to safely remove existing and furnish and install new fixed padded upholstered chairs. All bids submitted in response to this Invitation for Bids must be accompanied with a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid price. Bids will be evaluated and awarded in accordance with the provisions established under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 149. Vendors will be required to abide by the guidelines established under this statute. This project is subject to Prevailing Wage Rates and OSHA Certifications. The City of Lawrence reserves the right to reject any or all bids or take whatever action is in the best interest of the City.
