In general, this project includes improvements that offer safe access for pedestrians, bicyclists, and vehicles along the 850-foot Poplar Street corridor from the SAMS Route 294 Bus Stop to the Highway. The anticipated enhancements include pedestrian and bicycle access, drainage improvements, and traffic calming measures. The successful bidder will be required to pay not less than the prevailing rate of per diem wages as determined by the California Department of Industrial Relations on the date the work is performed.
