Demolition and renovation of a laboratory facility in Manning, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the demolition of a laboratory facility; and for the renovation of a laboratory facility.
Renovation of an existing 2500 SF classroom to include demolition, CMUand brick patching, stand along CMU storage, and new finishes. Work includes associated Structural, Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Electrical, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. Project is funded with ESSER funds which requires Davis Bacon Wages. Paperwork is required to be included with each pay-application. Performance and Labor & Material Payment Bonds: The successful Contactor will be required to provide Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price.
