Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Waxahachie, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 90,822-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Project has been awarded but award amount not confirmed. Plans call for a new ground up 90,822 SF Elementary School for Waxahachie ISD that will be known as Saddlebrook Elementary. *The owner requests that all subcontractor / supplier inquiries be directed to the GC Bidder. All questions should be sent to Sam Ozuna at sozuna@btcbuilds.com. SCOPE REVIEWS - VERY IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS: 1. For every line item there MUST be an "included" or "excluded" circled. We need to know that you have everything in the Scope Review covered. 2. If you have any "Excluded items, please provide a price in the column included or indicate why this item is excluded ("not applicable to the project," for example). 3. A separate bond price must be provided for the sum of all the adds and/or credits provided. Please provide this amount at the bottom of the scope review form in the appropriate field. A sample of a completed Scope Review form has been provided for your reference. Please be sure to fill this form out in its entirety per this example and include it with your proposal on bid day.
