As of May 22, 2024, an engineer has been selected for the project. A firm timeline for construction has not been established. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: All firms interested in this project (including the firm s employees, representatives, agents, lobbyists, attorneys, and subconsultants) will refrain, under penalty of disqualification, from direct or indirect contact for the purpose of influencing the selection or creating bias in the selection process with any person who may play a part in the selection process. This policy is intended to create a level playing field for all potential firms, to assure that contract decisions are made in public, and to protect the integrity of the selection process. All contact on this selection process should be addressed to the authorized representative identified below. Project deliverables include but are not limited to: Design Criteria Report; 30%, 60%, 90%, and Final Sealed Construction Documents The selected firm/team will prepare a design concept report (DCR) for the EPS wet well, prepare and design a construction plan set for the EPS station and wet well, bid documents, and will provide construction services based on the DCR and preferred report recommendations. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Statements of Qualifications . The City is an equal opportunity employer. The City of Mesa is seeking a qualified Consultant to provide design services for the GWRP Reclaimed Water System Improvements Project. All qualified firms that are interested in providing these services are invited to submit their Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) in accordance with the requirements detailed in the Request for Qualifications (RFQ).
