WWTP Exterior Repair - Work consists of masonry, sealant, concrete and other miscellaneous repair work at a city facility. Replace spalled brick, install backer rod and sealant joint between brick and lintel. Replace mismatched brick (approx. 36 sq. ft.) Patch hole with matching color sheet metal and seal (1 each) Inject crack with epoxy (6 linear ft.) Cut out mortar and replace with backer rod and sealant joint (approx. 4 linear feet) Location- 2006 E. Newberry Street Appleton, Wisconsin AWWTP Exterior Masonry Repairs we will complete the work of the contract no later than 12/29/2023.
