Reference number : 1711008 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-04-17 Submission sent electronically accepted: No Through this call for tenders, the City of Sept-Iles is requesting tenders in order to provide the labor and equipment necessary for the emptying of the following septic systems: - The chemical toilet in the residual materials reception area in the Moisie sector; - The chemical toilet of the reception area for residual materials in the Clarke sector; - The chemical toilet in the reception area for residual materials in the Gallix sector; - The chemical toilet of the technical landfill (LET) located in the garage; - The LET balance septic tank; - The toilet block of the trailer located at the transfer center, near the downtown Ecocentre; Please note that the emptying of septic installations, with the exception of the septic tank of the LET, must include the supply of a deodorant (for each emptying) ...and windshield washer fluid to prevent freezing when necessary. In addition, the water tank of the Gallix chemical toilet must be filled at each emptying. Duration of contract/period of execution The effective date of this contract is May 11, 2023 . Please note that the chemical toilets of the ARMR will have to be prepared a week in advance in anticipation of their opening. The contract resulting from this call for tenders may be awarded to the successful bidder according to one or other of the following options, at the entire discretion of the City, namely: The contract starting on May 11, 2023, the 12 month periods will be from May to April each year. Option 1: One-year contract: 2023-2024. Option 2: Three-year contract: 2023-2024, 2024-2025 and 2025-2026. Option 3: Five-year contract 2023-2024, 2024-2025, 2025-2026, 2026-2027 and 2027-2028.
