Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Newton, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
As of February 26, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The installation of pathway, boardwalk, planting and curbing, at Lyons Park, located at 104 W Pine Street, as specified in plans and in accordance with Project Manual. The contractor is responsible for coordinating all permits, and all work required for site preparation and removals including but not limited to gravel path and paving, installation of stone dust surfacing, curbing, boardwalk, installation of bollards, planting and plant protection fencing, loaming and seeding disturbed areas, and other work indicated in the Contract Documents. Work under the contract requires a contractor to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision necessary to accomplish the work described herein, in accordance with all specifications and requirements of the attached Technical Specifications (206 pages), the attached Weston & Sampson Project Plans dated April 3, 2023 (9 pages)(Plans) and this Invitation For Bid (IFB). Marty Sender Greenway Restoration Phase 2 as outlined in the project documents. 5% Bid Surety Required
