Renovation of a municipal facility in Waverly, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Humphreys County Board of Education is accepting sealed bids for silicone/foam roof recoats with a 10 year manufacturers warranty. Performance bonds should be included in the roof bid. State license is required. All contractors must have 5 years experience in this type of roofing. All materials used should be the same or of equal value. Letters of recommendation are required. There are two (2) locations estimated at 74,374 square feet. This is an estimate, so all bidders must measure the roof at each location for an accurate measurement. The Director of Schools may elect to combine bids for the lowest and best composite bid. A recommendation will be made to the Board for approval at the next scheduled Board meeting. After Board approval the bidder will be notified with our intent to proceed. The Humphreys County Board reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.
