The services expected as well as the various administrative procedures put in place to obtain the contract are more fully described in the tender documents. All bids must be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of a certified check or a bid bond representing 10% of the total cost of the bid, plus taxes. Bidders wishing to obtain additional information regarding this call for tenders should contact Mr. Stéphane Lacombe, head of water management and the environment for the territory. The City of Rouyn-Noranda does not undertake to retain the lowest or any of the tenders submitted and reserves the right to cancel the call for tenders. Tenderers are not entitled to any compensation for costs incurred in obtaining tender documents or in preparing and submitting their tender.
