SaskEnergy is seeking proposals for Building Operator Services to operate and maintain SaskEnergy Place, 1777 Victoria Ave, Regina and SaskEnergy Regina Service Centre, 700 North Service Road, White City. Scope of Work: Work will be assigned by, and the successful candidate will report to, SaskEnergys Buildings Department. Work is expected to take place 5 days a week, within standard hours (7:00am - 5:00pm). Work will also be required after hours, weekends and statutory holidays as needed. The successful candidate will be put onto an emergency call-out list and will be required to respond to after-hours service and emergency callouts 24/7. SaskEnergy is looking for a Building Operator and Management Services who will be responsible for the day-to-day building operations and occupant requests of SaskEnergy Place and Regina Service Centre. Combined building area is approximately 300,000 sq. ft, defined as: underground parkade, surface parking, shop space, warehouse space, welding shop and outbuildings. Services provided will ensure assigned properties are well cared for and maintained in a safe and environmentally conscious manner. The Building Operator and Management services play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of assigned properties, while ensuring the safety and satisfaction of its occupants and their business needs.
