Call for tenders for professional services Development of a local road infrastructure intervention plan (PIIRL) Call for tenders no.: 53-1-08000-22-01 REQUEST FOR TENDERS La MRC DE LA MATANIE is requesting bids by weighting and evaluation system to retain the professional services of an engineering service provider to carry out the development of a local road infrastructure intervention plan (PIIRL ). SUBMISSION CONDITIONS Tenders shall be valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of opening of tenders. Only companies with an establishment in Quebec and where they carry out their activities on a permanent basis are eligible to bid. This establishment must be accessible to the public during normal business hours and bring together a significant part of the permanent resources, materials and equipment necessary to carry out the mandate for which the MRC de La Matanie intends to award a contract. .
