The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted and council reserves the right to refuse or reject any or all bids and will not be responsible for any costs incurred by any provider preparing its bid. The RM of Maryfield No. 91 is accepting sealed tenders for the 2023 gravel season of approximately 15,000 to 20,000 cu yard of gravel to be loaded, hauled and spread in RM Divisions 1 and 2. Gravel supply will be from various pits throughout the RM. The availability to return to do spot and private yard gravelling is required. Tenders must include price per cu yard for loading, per mile of haul, and any other additional surcharges or mobilization charges. The RM will not pay for any fuel charges applied to this tender.
