Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Gulf Breeze, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of rehabilitating an existing duplex lift station by replacing the existing pumps, piping, valves, and electrical controls, and coating the existing well. The City of Gulf Breeze reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any bid informalities, and to re-advertise for bids when deemed in the best interest of the City . Questions regarding the project should be submitted to Josh Smith via email at procurement@ gulfbreezefl .gov, by close of business on April 25, 2023. Responses to those questions considered material to the bid will be made available through online. The City is seeking bids to rehabilitate an existing duplex lift station by replacing the existing pumps, piping, valves, electrical controls, and coating the existing we well. SCADA will be installed at the lift station. The project is located along Eventide Drive, south of Gulf Breeze Parkway (US-HWY 98), in Gulf Breeze, Santa Rosa County, Florida.The engineer’s estimate for this project as of September 2022 is $400,000.
