The Park District of the City of West Fargo is seeking proposals from qualified Construction Management firms to provide construction management at risk services for the planning and design phase of the Vet's Arena Phase III project located at 1201 7th Ave E, West Fargo, ND 58078, pursuant to the provisions of 48-01.2-20 and 21, North Dakota Century Code. The Park District of the City of West Fargo (Park District) requests Statements of Qualifications to provide Construction Management at Risk (CMaR) Services for planning of an addition to the Veteran's Memorial Arena (VMA) to include a third sheet of ice. The project construction scope could include an addition and/or renovation to the existing VMA located at 1201 7 th Ave E, West Fargo, ND 58078, to accommodate the need for additional ice, renovation of facilities in the existing portions of the VMA, changes to parking, increased energy efficiency, and replacement of aging systems. The planned budget is $20 million, with anticipated commencement in 2024 and anticipated completion in Fall 2025, all contingent on funding, final scope, and project partners.
