License Requirements A or B Bid Valid 90 days. Project Duration 210 working days Q&A Deadline 04/13/2023 2:00 PM (PDT) The work consists of various residential improvements, including but not limited to, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, doors, windows, updating lighting and electrical components, exterior stucco patch, drywall, paint interior and exterior, fence repair, roof repair, HVAC, and other appurtenant work as directed by Metropolitans representative based on time and materials. Prospective bidders must bring a hard copy of the COVID-19 self-health review/safety requirements form to the pre-bid meeting. Metropolitan expects to award a construction contract on a basis of California Prevailing Wage plus the Contractor's markup for time, materials, and equipment. The initial contract will be a not-to-exceed amount of $250,000. However, Metropolitan may issue a change to the contract regarding the number of homes and scope of work, and/or total amount payable.
