Hosston Walk Path FY 2021CDBG-CV LOVE LOUISIANA OUTDOORS PROGRAM (LLOP) The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids for just cause; such actions will be in accordance with Title 38 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes Bid, Performance(100%), Payment(100%) The Contractor shall begin mobilization and procurement of materials within ten (10) working days of the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The Attention of Bidders is called particularly to the requirements for conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the Contract, Section 3, Segregated Facilities, Executive Order 11246, and all applicable laws and regulations of the Federal government and State of Louisiana and bonding and insurance requirements. Question Deadline 01/18/2024 Every request for such interpretation should be done electronically. PROJECT SCOPE: The OPCC for this project: $125,000. A. Clearing and Grubbing for construction of Walk Path. B. Drainage Structure with fill material. C. Asphalt Walk Path D. Installation of Park Benches and Trash Receptacles. Contract time is 120 consecutive calendar days. Liquidated Damages are $300.00 for each consecutive calendar day SITE VISIT: Contractors are encouraged to look at the location to be fully aware of existing conditions and compare them to proposed conditions - See Plan Sheets 3 and 4, Existing and Proposed Site Plans.
