Saving Project...

Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Pembroke, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Construction consists of full depth asphalt replacement on Pembroke Street West from Miramichi Lodge to Christie Street with a length of approximately 660m. Works will include full depth asphalt removal, grading of base granulars, localized base repair, reinstating full depth asphalt, road widening, concrete curb and gutter, structure adjustments, structure rebuilding and installation of frame and grates. The work will also include upgrading traffic signals, pedestrian signals, lane widenings, and sidewalks at the Trafalgar Road and Christie Street intersection with Pembroke Street West and at the Miramichi entrance. Complete tender documents, in an electronic PDF version, may be obtained from McIntosh Perry Consulting Engineers Ltd., 115 Walgreen Road R.R.3 Carp, ON K0A 1L0, on payment of a non-refundable cost of $25.00 per set. Cheques should be made payable to McIntosh Perry Consulting Engineers Ltd. All questions relating to this tender request will be received in writing up to and no later than 4:00 pm local time on Thursday April 20th, 2023. The successful bidder will be required to file with the City of Pembroke the specified bonds and insurance within ten (10) business days of being awarded the Contract. bid value not released for publication.
