Electronic or paper submission Tenders may be submitted electronically via the electronic tendering system or in sealed envelopes and addressed to Émilie Sébastien. Timeline The work must take place from May 1 to August 11, 2023. Only will be considered for the purposes of eligibility the tender of the Contractor having an establishment where he exercises his activities on a permanent basis in Quebec, clearly identified in his name and accessible during normal office hours or, when an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by this agreement. All tenders must be submitted in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation respecting construction contracts by public bodies (RSQ, c. C-65.1, r.5) adopted under the Act respecting contracting by public bodies (RSQ, c. C -65.1). Bidding documents can only be obtained through the electronic bidding system. The Cégep de Saint-Jérôme does not undertake to accept any of the Tenders received within the framework of the Call for Tenders.
