Provide railroad right-of-way maintenance of way services on an as-needed basis in support of SBCTA's Transit and Rail Programs on the 58.8 miles of railroad right-of-way owned by SBCTA as identified on the attached SBCTA Railroad Rights of Way Exhibit.
