This project also includes the repair of certain sections of sidewalks. All tenders must be submitted on the forms provided with the tender documents and must be valid for a period of 60 days. To be considered, any submission must: Be presented on the tender forms, delivered in a sealed envelope and bear the inscription "Refection du pavage - Rue Forget" . Be accompanied by a bid guarantee representing ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid excluding all applicable taxes, in the form of a certified check, an irrevocable letter of guarantee or a bid bond. The City of Baie-Saint-Paul does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received. This call for tenders is subject to the By-law concerning contract management (R722-2019) , which is available on the City's website, under the "Citizens" tab, "Municipal regulations".
