Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Saginaw, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The major work will consist of the approximately: 3,800 linear feet of 2-lane and 3,700 linear feet of 3-lane concrete roadway with integral curb and gutter. A single lane roundabout will be installed at the intersection at Knowles Drive and McLeroy Boulevard. A traffic signal will be installed at the intersection of Knowles Drive and Longhorn Road. Concrete sidewalk will be installed along the entire east side of Knowles Drive and various locations on the west side connecting to the existing park sidewalk. The project will also include six internal storm drain systems out-falling to the floodplain, the replacement of 2,400 linear feet of an existing 16" water line, several water/waste-water relocations, landscaping, irrigation and street light foundations and conduit. Owner reserves the right to adopt the most advantageous construction thereof, or to reject any or all bids
