Reference number : 1711819 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-04-17 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The municipality of Saint-Michel-de-Bellechasse requires tenders for the repair work on 3rd row West over approximately 1,170 metres. The work includes, but is not limited to, the replacement of four (4) concrete culverts, the debonding of the existing pavement and the installation of a layer of bituminous coating. The work will be carried out under the Gas Tax and Quebec Contribution (TECQ) program. They are therefore conditional on obtaining financial assistance from this program. The tenderer who will be awarded the contract must carry out the work according to the plans and specifications produced by the MRC de Bellechasse The municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to one or the other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. The contract is awarded by decision of the Council of the municipality, at its sole discretion, and the municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its Council. A tender guarantee of 10% of the submitted price must accompany the tender.
