The Base Bid work for the above contract includes the following treatments to the respective streets, alleyways, and parking lots: Full Pavement Reconstruction: o Lake Geneva Boat Parking Lot F (at S Lakeshore Dr / Baker St) 3-Inch (Full Depth) Asphalt Mill and Overlay: o North St / St Alleyway (between Cook St / Broad St) o Waverly St Alleyway (between Spring St / Haskins St) o George St / Wheeler St Alleyway (between Elkhorn Rd / Tolman St) 2-Inch Asphalt Mill and Overlay: o Circle Dr (at Miller Rd) o Elm St (between W South St / Maple St) o Henry St (between Williams St / Center St) o Horace St (between Grant St / Wheeler St) o North St (between Warren St / Madison St) o Pond View Ln (at St) o St (between Pond View Ln / McDonald Rd) o Fair View Ln (between Sky Lane Dr / Termini) o Sky Lane Dr (between Fair View Ln / Linda Ln) o Wells St (between Cass St / Campbell St) New Sidewalk will also be constructed on the North side of Baker Street as a part of this project. Also included is the repaving of the Bike Path on the North side of Townline Road from Hudson Trail to Edwards Boulevard. Major work items and approximate quantities include: 3,500 tons HMA Pavement, 7,000 SF of Concrete Sidewalk, 2,500 LF of Concrete Curb & Gutter, 3,400 CY of excavation common / excavation common - EBS, 5,400 TON of Base Aggregate Dense, and 6,000 SY of landscape restoration. These improvements also include clearing & grubbing, driveway replacement, sawing asphalt and concrete, traffic control, pavement markings, and erosion control.
