The work consists of providing the necessary labor, materials, equipment and supervision, and plant to construct Lift Station No. 8 including but not limited to, mobilization, bonds and insurance, a six-foot (6') diameter pre-cast concrete wet well including 100% solids epoxy coating, well point system, and dewatering as necessary, complete with two (2) submersible pumps with all accessories, riser piping, valves, coatings, thrust blocks and supports; concrete pavement; 24-inch (24") storm piping; on-site storm inlet; 8-inch (8") and 10-inch (10") on-site sanitary sewer piping; on-site sanitary sewer manhole; 4-inch (4") force main; potable water line, backflow preventer and hose bib; 45-kW natural gas generator; generator concrete pad; automatic transfer switch; manual transfer switch; electrical duct bank; conduit; wire; and starters; terminal boxes; flood light; service rack; control panel concrete pad; and all other associated electrical work; clearing and grubbing; site grading; trench safety system; Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan; demolition and removal of existing fence, asphalt pavement, and power service poles; construction staking; coordination, construction and commissioning of a pad mounted electrical service, and all else as shown on the construction drawings and detailed in the specifications for a fully functioning lift station
