seeking an experienced licensed contractor with commercial experience and a lead-safe renovation license to complete finish construction as listed in the Scope of Work Outline at the Scout Hall building 135 Patriots Road, East Templeton, The Town of Templeton, Massachusetts is seeking an experienced licensed contractor with
commercial experience and a lead-safe renovation license to complete finish construction as listed in
the Scope of Work Outline at the Scout Hall building 135 Patriots Road, East Templeton, MA. The
successful Contractor will provide all of their own equipment including but not limited to; working
tools of the trade and all other related tools necessary to complete the project. The contractor shall be
fully licensed and insured at the Town's standard rates. The Contractor is responsible to pull all
required permits with all local and state authorities. Permit fees imposed by the Town of Templeton
will be waived The general scope of work is as follows:
o Install plywood over floor in front room and install vinyl click-lock flooring;
o Install new front door with roll over threshold and windows at top of door;

o Patch holes in walls and missing pine boards on wall and paint all walls and trim that is not
painted;
o Patch holes in walls in main room including missing pine boards and all missing trim;
o Patch all missing floor boards in hardwood floor;
o Install vinyl plank flooring in kitchen area roughly 16 feet by 8 fee;
o Install 7 feet of base cabinets with counter top and 2 wall cabinets above;
o Refinish hardwood floor in remainder of main room;
o Replace basement door and bathroom door slab with new wood 6-panel door slab;
o Paint all walls and trim that has not been painted;
o Tile bathroom floor with 2-inch by 2-inch mosaic floor tiles over cement board;
o Paint all walls and trim in bathroom that has not been painted. Questions must be received, in writing (by hand or by mail to the above address), by email

p.m. on April 24, 2023. It is the bidder's responsibility to view and account for any addendums
relating to this request. These will be posted on the Town web site no later than 4:30 p.m. April 25,
2023. Install Plywood and vinyl on floors, install front door, patch walls and boards, install cabinets and counter top,
refinish hard wood floor, replace basement door and bathroon door slab, finish paint.
