Subcontractors named in the Form of Bid Proposal for Structural Steel, Plumbing, Heating Ventilating and Air Conditioning, and/or Electric, who perform any work on the Project must be prequalified prior to the submission of bids, pursuant to the State of New Jersey Division of Property Management and Construction (DPMC). Each bid must be accompanied by proof of Contractors DPMC classification status. Retain (3) paragraph below for all NJ Public Work. Bidders are required to comply with requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-1 et seq., "The Law Against Discrimination," and affirmative action, N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.AC. 17:27-1 et seq. If not included with the bid, these documents must be submitted prior to award.
