Site work and paving for a road / highway in Charleston, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The project is located on Marshall County Route 74, crossing over Big Tribble Creek. The proposed project consists of replacing the existing bridge with a new bridge upstream of the existing structure, requiring approximately 1338 ft of roadway construction. Traffic will be maintained on the existing roadway and structure during construction. The project will require the use of a temporary causeway to accommodate construction access. During construction, approximately 18 CY of clean, non-erodible material will be temporarily placed under OHW to accommodate construction. There will be approximately 27 LF of impact and 0.01952 AC temporarily disturbed. Temporary impacts are expected to be in place for less than one year.
