Off-site disposal is not included. The municipality installs the platform to receive the bags. The works consist of: Draw a minimum of 140 TMS then provide a price for the excess TMS that would be possible to draw from ponds. Wastewater treatment ponds in the village of Lac-des-Écorces (152, rue Industrielle) 2 geotube bags approximately 100 feet by 30 feet (open to other formats) The estimated quantity is 80 TMS distributed over the 2 ponds For the sludge from pond #2, there is dephosphatation all year round Wastewater treatment ponds in the village of Val-Barrette (194, rue Saint-Joseph) 1 geotube bag approximately 100 feet by 30 feet (open to other formats) The estimated quantity is 60 TMS distributed over the 2 ponds For the sludge from pond #2, there is dephosphatation all year round All bids must be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of a certified check payable to the Municipality of Lac-des-Écorces representing ten percent (10%) of the total price of the bid or a bond tender established at the same amount valid for a period of ninety (90) days. The Municipality of Lac-des-Écorces does not undertake to accept the lowest bid or any of the bids received. No remuneration or compensation will be granted for the preparation and/or submission of a bid. The work must be completed before October 31, 2023.
