Site work for a water / sewer project in Plymouth, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Solitude Lake Management was awarded this project. The Project is requesting contractual services to conduct an alum treatment on Whaletail Lake-South Basin for the longterm control of internal load due to sediment phosphorus release. The contractor will apply aluminum sulfate at a recommended dosage to the designated treatment area identified within the project specifications of this document. A pre-bid meeting will not be held for this project. Bidder's Bond or Certified Check made payable without recourse to Three Rivers Park District in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total base bid. A Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond, each in the full amount of the Contract Sum, will be required of the successful bidder. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after bids are opened. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities and formalities in order to award the contract in the best interests of Three Rivers Park District.
