Site work for a communication facility in Buxton, Maine. Completed plans call for site work for a communication facility.
The Town of Buxton is seeking bids for the replacement of the Public Safety Radio System. This bid should include new Dispatch Center Furniture, Consoles, Transmitters, all Infrastructure, Towers and or Microwave sites as needed. The system must be an inclusive system of the following items: Equipment must be able to do Analog, DMR and P25 compatible. 3 Site 2 channel analog simulcast with an option for direct connect to the dispatch console. Coverage Study to ensure proper coverage town wide. The Service Provider/dealer must show extensive knowledge with this type of system and all components. Must be a turnkey system to include all components. Must be compatible with existing Kenwood NX5200, Kenwood NX5700 radios already in use by users. Components and Consoles must be software upgradable P25/ DMR. The Service Provider / Dealer must have the ability to support the system 24 hours a day 365 days a year due to this system being all the Town of Buxton's Public Safety Radio System. The Service Provider / Dealer must be within reasonable distance of the Town of Buxton. The Service Provider / Dealer must warranty the system. The Service Provider / Dealer must be CJIS compliant and have employees CJIS certified. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
