Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lakewood, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Description: The work to be accomplished under this contract will be the replacement of three existing 6" water mains with an installation of the following: 5,391 feet of new 8" ductile iron water main pipe. Included in this work are new service lines to each existing curb stop, new hydrants, new valves, testing, concrete base removal and replacement at sewer trenches, disinfection of new mains, and the abandonment-in-place of the existing 6" water mains. The work also includes sanitary sewer lining, patching, and repair, new curb inlets, and storm sewer repair. Parkwood Road has manhole separation and replacement of all storm and sanitary sewer laterals.
