Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Foley, Alabama. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The project involves the construction of a new restroom building within John B. Foley Park including all electrical and utility tie-ins and abandoning of utilities for the old bathroom. For the project area, the scope will include construction and facility operations during occupancy. Desired Construction Start: Not later than 7 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. Required Substantial Completion Date: Not later than 105 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. Required Final Completion Date: Not later than 120 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. Last Request for Information Due: 3 days prior to due date of bids Availability of Documents: Complete sets of procurement documents may be obtained: 1. By contacting Rachel Keith at rkeith@cityoffoley.org or by calling 251-970-2418. Liquidated damages for non-completion of the work within the time limit agreed upon will be assessed in the amount of Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250.00) for each day that the work remains uncompleted. The Owner reserves the right to change the schedule or terminate the entire procurement process at any time
