Bids must be made on the standard bid form in the manner designated therein and must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the following information on the outer envelope: 1. Name and address of the bidder 2. Name of the bid Lawn and Landscaping Maintenance for Borough Parks and facilities 3. Addressed to the Municipal Clerk at the Borough of Westville, 165 Broadway, Westville, NJ 08093. The signed bid forms must be delivered to the place named above on or before the scheduled bid opening. The accepted applicant will be required to execute the contract within ten (10) days after the Notice of Award. The Borough of Westville reserves the right to, as permitted by law: (i) not select any of the applicants; (ii) require applicants to submit to a personal interview and/or submit additional or clarifying information; (iii) to reject any and all proposals; (iv) to waive any informalities in the proposals; and (v) procure the articles or services from other sources if deemed most advantageous to the objectives of the Borough of Westvilles determination of the applicant who is most advantageous to the goals and objectives of the Borough shall be final and conclusive.
