Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Vallejo, California. Completed plans call for paving for a road / highway; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; road / highway; and water / sewer project.
**As of July 12, 2023, project was awarded to Azul Works, Inc, awarded amount is $10,497,660.40.** Developing and implementing a water pollution program, temporary traffic control for street closures and detours, surveying and staking for proposed grades, remove and replace curb, gutter, sidewalk, driveway, and curb ramps, cold-milling removal of asphalt concrete, hot-mix asphalt paving, lowering, and raising of existing utilities, recycling disposed materials, installation of new drain inlets and piping, pavement striping, signage, and relocating utilities. Capital Improvements shall include but are not limited to demolition, and all ancillary work associated with the work, completed in place as shown on the plans and specifications. The bidder shall include in his bid and provide all labor, tools, and materials for a complete and working project in conformance with the intent shown on the plans and specified herein.
