Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in West Linda, California. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The work in general consists of road improvements, curb, gutter, and sidewalk, ADA compliant ramps, striping, signage, storm drainage improvements, and Class III bicycle route along Cedar Lane and Alicia Avenue in the community of West Linda. The estimated cost of the project is $3,483,000. Complete the work within 105 working days. Question Submission Deadline: April 17, 2023, 5:00pm Inquiries may be submitted in writing to Director of Public Works, at 915 8 th Street, Suite 125, Marysville, CA 95901 or by e-mail at yubacountyprojects@co.yuba.ca.us. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified cashier's check, or bid bond, in the amount of 10 percent of the total bid price, payable to Yuba County Department of Public Works, as a guarantee that the bidder, if its bid is accepted, will promptly execute the Agreement. The bidder shall guarantee the total bid price for a period of 60 days from the date of the bid opening. No pre-bid meeting will be scheduled for this project.
