Without limitation, the SUPPLIER must provide the services of planting, watering and maintenance of trees and demineralization. 2. INITIAL DURATION OF THE AGREEMENT 2.1 Subject to the conditions mentioned in the tender documents, the contract covers the period from May 15, 2023 to December 31, 2024 . 3. RENEWAL OF THE CONTRACT 3.1 Upon written notice from the OMHM to the SUPPLIER, this contract may be renewed for a period of twelve (12) months, at the discretion of the OMHM. 3.2 At the end of the renewal period, this contract may be renewed for a second period of twelve (12) months, at the discretion of the OMHM. 3.3 At the end of the renewal period, this contract may be renewed for a third period of twelve (12) months, at the discretion of the OMHM. 3.4 Any renewal of the contract agreed with the SUPPLIER must comply with all the conditions of this contract.
