Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Harrietta, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Reconstruct the existing paved driveways and parking lot north of the Raceway Building. Excavation of a 10ft wide by 4ft deep trench as indicated on drawings including any concrete obstructions remaining from a previously abandoned raceway structure. Backfill the trench and consolidation of the granular fill by vibratory rolling or other approved methods to fill any void spaces until no further settlement of materials is evident. Reconstruct subgrade and pavement per plan cross section. Reconstruct a 22ft wide drive lane on the south side of the raceway building with an inverted crown to facilitate surface water drainage. Construct a Riprap spillway between the drive lane and existing pond for surface water runoff. Construct a paved parking area between the easterly aeration tank and pole building. Crack Seal & Sealcoat Well Field Drive and Hatchery employee parking area. Please do not submit online questions via SIGMA VSS.
