The work to be performed under this contract consists of demolishing and replacing a portion of the piping and valves inside the existing DBD Flow Control and Meter Vault. The valve and piping replacement include furnishing five (5) 36-inch butterfly valves, approximately 30 linear feet of 36-inch steel piping and fittings, and miscellaneous appurtenances. Four (4) 36-inch multiple orifice plate valves with electric motor operators will be furnished by the Owner and installed by the successful bidder at the location of: 28382 HWY 280, Prosper, TX 75078. The work also includes furnishing tools, equipment, labor and incidentals necessary to install complete in place the proposed flow control piping together with all associated appurtenances to complete a fully functional and operational flow control facility for the City of Irving.
