The Abatement Contractor represents that it has all necessary licenses and permits required for the performance of this contract and the project. The Abatement Contractor shall determine the applicability of any process patents he/she may be employing and be responsible for paying any fees, royalties, and licenses that may be required for the use ofthe patented processes.
