Notice is hereby given that the Auditor of Wabash County will receive
sealed bids for the above described "Project/Work" at 1 W. Hill Street,
Wabash, IN 46992.
All vendors must be licensed to perform work in Wabash County
, Indiana. Each bid proposal shall be accompanied by a non-collusion affidavit
as required by the statutes of the State of Indiana. Bidders must
attach their company financial statement to form 96.
The Work consists of, but is not necessarily limited to the following:
A. The project scope consists of completely cleaning the courthouse
tower dome of all birds, alive or dead, excrement, and other
deleterious residue on the interior structure and external steel skin,
and repainting the same from the "flat" roof level of the dome to the
pinnacle of the dome. All openings caused by rust and deteriorioration
are to be replaced and painted to match the substrate.
Contract documents for the Project/Work have been assembled into
Project Manuals which may be examined or obtained at the following
locations on or after April 10, 2023:
SRKM Architecture LLC, 120 S. Buffalo St., Warsaw, IN 46580,
the office of the Auditor of Wabash County, 1 W. Hill Street, Wabash,
IN 46992.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any
informalities and to accept the bid which it deems most favorable to
the interest of the Owner after all bids have been examined and
