Renovation of a mixed-use development in Hickman, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,707-square-foot educational facility.
Project Description: Remodeling of the existing warehouse space in the Central Office building to become classrooms and offices, and includes approximately 2707 SF of area to be remodeled. Toilets, Secure Vestibule, HVAC equipment, HVAC controls, and Fire Alarm are alternate bids. The Work includes, but is not limited to, selective demolition, earthwork, cast-in-place concrete, structural steel framing, steel deck, structural cold formed metal framing, metal fabrications, steel handrails & railings, miscellaneous carpentry, interior architectural woodwork, joint sealants, standard steel doors and frames, aluminum-framed entrances & storefronts, aluminum windows, door hardware, door finish hardware, glazing, mirrors, gypsum board assemblies, acoustical panel ceilings, resilient floor tile, resilient wall base and accessories, painting, toilet compartments, signs, fire protection specialties, toilet and bath accessories, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, electrical (power, communication, and lighting) systems, electronic safety and security, and complete clean-up and removal of construction debris. Check covering deposit shall be made payable to the order of the Fulton County Public Schools. All mailing charges (non-refundable), if required, are to be arranged in advance with and paid directly to Maco-Evansville Blue with a separate check. Scope: The written statements of clarification, interpretations, or corrections hereby modify the bidding documents by additions, deletions, or corrections and shall become a legal and binding part of the Contract Documents for this project. Bidders shall acknowledge receipt of this Addendum by inserting its number and date in the Proposal Form. Failure to do so may subject bidder to disqualification.
