Renovation of a municipal facility in Casper, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Furnish and Install new modular pre-cast concrete block retaining wall, chain-link fence, automated access gate, lighting, and security cameras at the PD Impound Lot. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents shall be submitted to Engineer in writing. Replies will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten (10) days prior to the date for opening the Bids will not be answered. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding. Oral interpretations, clarifications, or comments are not binding upon the City, and do not serve to amend, modify, or in any way change the basic Bidding Documents, and shall be relied upon by Bidder at his own risk
