Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Burbank, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The proposed work is officially known as: 2023 STREET REHABILITATION and consists of earth excavation, hot-mix asphalt surface removal, preparation of aggregate bases, aggregate base construction, concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk, and driveway pavement removal and replacement, hot-mix asphalt surface and binder course paving; structure adjustments; parkway restoration, pavement markings, and all appurtenant construction. Description: Consists of earth excavation, hot-mix asphalt surface removal, preparation of aggregate bases, aggregate base construction, concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk, and driveway pavement removal and replacement, hot-mix asphalt surface and binder course paving; structure adjustments; parkway restoration, pavement markings, and all appurtenant construction. Contractors must purchase bid documents and be shown on the Bidder's Plan holder List in order to bid. Bids received from contractors who are not in the Bidder's Plan holder List will be rejected.
