The Demolition ofthe existing roofing system and the installation of a new SBS Modified Bituminous Membrane Roof System and associated Sheet Metal work . All work in this project is located on the roof ofthe Francis Bickham Building . The work includes demolition of the existing built up roof and flashings and the installation of a new SBS Modified Bituminous Membrane roof system and new metal flashings as shown on the Drawings. Construction Days allowed shall be 120 days
