Section 1 is approximately 470 meters long and Section 2 is approximately 155 meters long, the two (2) sections total approximately 625 meters. The work includes, but is not limited to: o Replacement of the drinking water pipe o Pavement rehabilitation o Replacing a cross culvert o Other work The municipality is considering two scenarios for carrying out the work: Scenario 1: Rehabilitation of sections 1 and 2 (approximately 625 meters) Scenario 2: Rehabilitation of section 1 only (approximately 470 meters) This project is the subject of financial assistance under the TECQ program. The Municipality incurs no responsibility for the fact that the written opinions or any documents conveyed by electronic system are incomplete or contain any error or omission whatsoever. Consequently, any tenderer must make sure, before presenting his tender, to obtain all the documents related to this call for tenders. Only persons, companies and corporations, having their principal place of business in Quebec or having an establishment in a province or territory covered by an intergovernmental agreement on the liberalization of markets applicable to the owner, who hold an appropriate license under the Act on the professional qualification of building contractors are eligible to tender. The tender must be accompanied by a tender guarantee of an amount equivalent to 10% of the total amount (all taxes included) of the tender.
