This Request for Proposals (the RFP) is an invitation by the Liquor Control Board of Ontario (the LCBO) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the supply, delivery, and commissioning of all new Floor Scrubbers as well as the service and repair of both existing and new Equipment (Equipment) on an as and when required basis, for all LCBO Service Locations throughout Province of Ontario (the Program), as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the Deliverables). The intent of this RFP is to enter into an agreement with one (1) selected proponent to provide the entire scope of work as outlined in this RFP. The selected proponent will be expected to satisfy the following requirements:
Possesses a minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience in the supply, delivery, repair, and service, for new and existing Equipment as outlined in Appendix B - RFP Requirements
Commissioning of new Equipment, on an as required basis, when requested by the LCBO;
Provide Regular, After-Hours and Emergency Services for all new and existing Equipment, as requested by the LCBO on an as required basis;
Develop and maintain a database of all Equipment (new and existing) for all LCBO Service Locations;
Provide appropriate reporting to the LCBO in a timely fashion in accordance with LCBO requirements; and
Provide such other services as may be outlined in this RFP. Term of Contract: The term of the agreement is to be for a period of two (2) years, commencing on a date to be determined by the LCBO, with an option to extend the agreement at the sole discretion of the LCBO, on the same terms and conditions, for an additional term of up to five (5) separate, one (1) year optional extension terms. Any verbal responses to questions during the pre-bid meeting are not official and do not modify or form a part of this RFP.
