Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Berea, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Each bidder is required to furnish with the proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. according to specifications on file in the Engineering Department. Bids must be presented in a sealed envelope clearly marked to indicate the bid contained therein, "Bid for Concrete Repair Program" and/or "Bid for Asphalt Repair Program Question Deadline 04/21/2023 at 4:00 PM ET All questions during bidding shall be submitted in writing no later than 4:00 p.m. on April 21, 2023, to the City of Berea, Attn: Engineering Department, 11 Berea Commons, Berea, Ohio 44017 or through e-mail to engineeringdept@cityofberea.org.
