Renovation of a military facility in Mobile, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
This is a combined synopsis / solicitation to test and make minor repairs to the master fire alarm panel located at USCG Sector Mobile, AL. All work to be completed in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. A Firm-Fixed price contract will be awarded to the contractor with the lowest priced quote. All contractors must be actively registered in Sam.Gov Federal Acquisition Regulations and Department of Labor Wage Determination AL20230092 is attached and is applicable. Place of Performance is USCG Sector Mobile 1500 15th Street Mobile, AL 36615 Period of Performance is May 1st through May 5th, 2023. Payment and Performance Bonds are not required. This is set-aside 100% for small business.
